Meet The Team

Carrie moved to Charlotte in 2017.  She grew up in New York and lived in Florida as an adult for 19 years.  She is married and has 3 grown children, 2 grandkids and 1 dog.  She has been in the dental field since 1983.  She enjoys cooking, baking, decorating, reading, listening to music, walking and painting with watercolors.  She loves time spent with family and close friends.

Rita moved here from Plano, Texas where she had worked for a dental office for 15 years.  She grew up in New York but moved south right after high school.  She has been working in this office since 2001. She has a wonderful husband, a grown son, a sweet daughter-in-law and two grandboys.  She loves spending time with her family, playing with her grandboys, reading, traveling and doing yoga.

Darlene is orginally from Greensboro, North Carolina and has lived in Charlotte since 2000.  She has been in the dental field since 1983 and has been at this office since 2000.  Darlene has a wonderful husband, three sons, three daughters-in-law and eight beautiful grandchildren.  She enjoys reading, shopping, decorating her house, traveling and spending time with her family (especially those grandchildren).

Sue is originally from Ohio and graduated from Kent State University.  She has been a northern transplant since 1979.  Sue has worked in this office since 2003. She and her husband, Bill, have been married since 2000, and between them have two grown sons and a grown daughter.  In 2016, they became grandparents to 3 granddaughters and are expecting a fourth grandchild this spring.  In her spare time, she enjoys exercising, reading, traveling and spending time with her family.

Cindy is originally from Pennsylvania and graduated in 1979 from Northhampton Community College.  She has lived in Charlotte since 1993 and worked in this office since 1994.  She has two grown sons, two wonderful daughters-in-law and four grandsons.  She has volunteered her hygiene skill for Matthews Dental Clinic and North Carolina Missions of Mercy.  In addition to outdoor activities and travel, Cindy enjoys reading, cooking and family time.

Sue is originally from Ohio and graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 1984.  She has lived in Charlotte with her husband Dan since 2014.  They have two daughters.  Jessica is a speech pathologist, married to A.J. and have a granddog, Louie.  Emily is an oncology nurse, married to Dylan.  For over 30 years, Sue has provided compassionate, preventative dental care for all age groups.  She was also a clinical instructor in the Dental Hygiene Department at UC from 2001-2003.  In her spare time, she enjoys puzzeling, boating on Lake Norman and traveling with Dan and friends.  Their exuberant AussieDoodle, Beau, keeps them entertained.

Nan is originally from South Carolina and moved to Charlotte in 1988.  She has worked in this office since 1987.  Nan graduated from York Tech in Rock Hill, South Carolina.  She is a member of the ADHA and Metrolina Dental Hygiene Society.  In her leisure time, Nan enjoys traveling, scuba diving, reading, cooking and running.

Sandra grew up in Michigan and graduated from the University of Michigan in 1990.  She moved to Charlotte in 1998.  She has one daughter, a recent college graduate.  In her leisure time, she enjoys long walks, hiking, yoga and traveling.

Mary Beth is from Charlotte and attended Central Piedmont Community College.  She has been at our office since 2012.  She is a member of the ADHA and Metrolina Dental Hygiene Society.  She and her husband, Charles, have two beautiful daughters and a handsome little boy.

Michelle started her dental career in 1997 in Pennsylvania before moving to North Carolina in 2006, where she has continued her dental experience for the past 25 years.  She feels the most rewarding part of being an assistant is seeing the beautiful smiles she helps create on the faces of our patients.  She has been married to her husband since 2004 and has two wonderful boys, Dylan and Aydan.  She enjoys the beach, watching Aydan play basketball and spending time with family and friends.

Mimi enjoys helping him with making each and every one of our patients feel comfortable and have the best dental experience.  She moved from Buffalo, NY over 20 years ago,  has a fun loving husband as well as 3 beautiful grown children.  She enjoys spending time with her family and venturing out.  Whether it's traveling coast to coast, hiking, or relaxing with a picnic basket on the the grass somewhere.
